That is the whole job, and it is the reason we have stayed small. We manage single family homes and small multifamily across Greene and Christian counties, and we would rather turn work away than take on more doors than we can look after properly.

We do not sell tiers. Splitting management into bronze and gold is how owners end up paying separately for the things that should have been included, so we quote one fee and tell you what it is before you sign anything.
